BEWARE BROTHER, BEWARE!
December 27, 2022This place hasn't been properly maintained in many years. Water leaks are commonplace, as well as frayed carpets, broken grout-less ceramic tiles, old formica counter tops. There is one over-worked maintenance man and one helper who has changed several times in 6 months for 25 huge buildings that house as many as 10 apartments each. Shabby Interiors
August 1, 2022Don't be fooled by the beautiful grassy exteriors, because it's the ONLY thing that they maintain. I love my apartment floor plan but the interior features are shabby and outdated. Once I moved in they let me know in no uncertain terms that none of my complaints would be addressed.Review from Apartments.com

The One With The Garden
August 1, 2015I love living at my apartments, or I should say my home. Well, it feels like that. I've been living here since August of 2014, the best decision I've ever made. Very spacious for my roommate and I. Love the ammentaties! They've got and awesome pool area! Being surrounded by all the palm trees and beautiful Oleanders makes me feel like I'm at a resort! Also, being in the jacuzzi every night relaxes me after a long hard day of work!Review from Apartments.com
