BEWARE! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING!
July 23, 2024Recently, there has been no adherence to the rules. Neighbors constantly make NOISE, with JUMPING and RUNNING inside their apartments causing my apartment lights and furniture to shake, even after 11 PM. The management pretends to do something but actually does nothing about it. Emails sent to the managers and administration are completely ignored. Additionally, not long ago a group of young people were constantly SMOKING MARIJUANA around the complex, leaving the smell everywhere. If you value ...peace, quiet, and effective management, avoid this place.Property Manager Responded

don’t let the other comments discourage you
July 24, 2024This apartment complex is a dream. Everyone is so incredibly nice and accommodating. The pool is always sparkling and will temporarily shut down for deep cleaning any time it’s not. The Bark park is adorable and perfect for my pooch. The apartments, although they don’t have a dishwasher, are otherwise incredibly cute and spacious. The amenities beyond the pool and dog park are so beautiful and clean and make you feel so bougie. The security and community make me feel so safe (although, the gate ...does get stuck open a lot due to other residents clipping it with their cars) All in all, I’m new here, but I couldn’t be more happy and feel more accommodated than this place right here. “Luxury apartments” really holds to its name.Property Manager Responded

Management is terrible.
December 22, 2022The manager is rude and sloppy. Her attitude is awful. If you make a request, it’ll be a whole year before your request is seen. The plumbing is even worse than the manager. Don’t ever rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management!
December 20, 2020This place is unhealthy and unsafe! No one wears masks in any common areas. Management does absolutely nothing! They keep themselves locked in the office unreachable and let everyone else get Covid! The hallways are filled with smoke and they do nothing about it. The management has used Covid as an excuse to not do any repairs and their projects take years. Don’t move here!Property Manager Responded

don’t move here! never ending construction
June 17, 2020I would give 0 stars if I could. The pool went under construction February 2019. They said 8-10 weeks. It’s still not done and it’s now June 2020. Who knows when it will be. They keep starting new projects and not finishing them. Then they’ll post signs saying only a few more weeks. It’s never ending. The gym closed and has been under construction for at least 6 months. It’s just a big hole. No where close to being redone. I’ve talked to people that recently moved in and they told them the ...construction hasn’t been going that long and it’s almost done. Don’t believe it. Management doesn’t care anymore. It’s like they’ve given up. The rent is way too high for such a small apartment with basically 0 amenities.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2020Pool/common area construction “started” feb 19 and still haven’t had any progress. Mgmt doesn’t seem to care at this point while we go without any common areas for closing in on a year and a half. Lucky if half the washer/driers start.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE
May 30, 2019They started renovations to the apartment complex in February with a timeline of 8-10 weeks to completion. The tore out the entire pool, the gate/entrance, all the side walks and now it is 4 months later and NOTHING is finished. *** They don't have permits to move forward on any of these projects!! *** There is construction trash everywhere, blocked side walks, there is no safe way to enter/exit the apartment complex, there is NO LOCKED ENTRANCE just an open half finished gate. It is summer now ...and there is no pool or grill area which is why I rented here in the first place. During construction they have hit the main water lines- I have been without water at least 5 times since they started. EVEN WORSE is that management takes NO responsibility - there has been no updates to the community about why nothing is done and no apology. When I have called because the water is shut off they blame the "city turning it off" when in reality there is a giant water break because of their workers. They are still touring people around the apartment telling them it will be finished soon. Summer View in Sherman Oaks
September 23, 2015Summer View in Sherman Oaks really has this old resort charm of the 70s/ Management is always working on improvements and renovation and office is always open to suggestions and on site. The community is safe and has security card access entrance. The apartment itself is charming and just enough space to be very cozy with mirror slider closets and lots of storage space. It has laminated wood floor in some areas , a nice size bedroom and bathroom vanity , cute kitchen with counter, and patio ...balcony. The common grounds are green and pleasant with two brand new barbecues and tables. There is a dog-friendly reserved section,a gym room, tennis court and basketball, with laundry on site. My favorite part of the complex is the pool area with a Club Med vacation feel surrounded by many tall Southern California palm trees. It has a huge pool up to 9 feet and a kid pool , a fountain, comfy pool furniture and 2 cabanas. Close your eyes, it is summer all year long!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
