Great living experience
November 13, 2025The complex is always clean and upkept, it's also very quiet. The Summerview staff are very welcoming and helpful, easy to reach if you have any questions or requests. Maintenance requests always get fulfilled quickly and well done, the maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. We had some in-home updates done by Adrian and he did a beautiful job; he was very thorough and the Summerview staff kept us updated throughout the entire process. Great property; even better hospitality!
February 13, 2025I moved into the area back in November and it’s been perfect! I tend to make frequent visits to the clubhouse to utilize the free coffee, and never fail to be greeted warmly and have a nice conversation that makes me continue to feel welcomed in the community. Communication is always a huge thing with me, and Regan is one that has been on top of that since the application process for me! Great choice in the Polaris (Columbus North) area

The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure residents feel valued and taken care of. Incredible staff!
January 15, 2019I've been living here now for 3 years and I couldn't be happier about it. Being confined to a wheelchair has been a difficult transition for me but the apartment layout is very wheelchair friendly. My neighbors are all friendly and will stop and chat for a bit making it feel like a community. I can't speak enough about the staff. Scott the maintenance man has helped me with a few minor problems here and is always cheerful and great to talk to. The office staff knowing my situation is always ...willing to drop off packages for me and I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. If you are considering moving here, don't think twice about it. You won't regret it. And we're right next to Polaris so... what are you waiting for? If your looking for a great community to live in come here you won't be disappointed. Mantince is great also they come quickly when you need something even as simple as changing your furnace filter.
