Loving my place at Summerwell Parkway Village
September 25, 2025I just moved into Summerwell Parkway Village and honestly it’s been great so far. The amenities are super clean and actually feel like something you want to use—pool, gym, and the common spaces are all kept up nicely. My townhome itself feels brand new: quiet, bright, and everything worked perfectly on day one. Big shoutout to the leasing team, too. They were friendly and patient through the whole process—no sales pitch vibes, just real people making sure everything went smoothly. Special thanks ...to Tyra for walking me through every step and answering a million questions without ever making me feel like a bother. All around, it just feels like a place where people care.
