Horrible neighbors and front staff
April 26, 2025Numerous times we had to ask them os peak with neighbors constantly making loud banging noise all night but they never cared. The maintenance staff were awesome, but the people who work inside suck. Can't get anything write mess up bills, don't reply to emails, attitude when they finally do. Completely incompetent and act as if they are morally superior. So glad to be out. People let their dogs poop all over the ground and never pick it up. Noisy people the smell of weed
February 26, 2024The neighbors here are loud. You hear banging noises along with hearing people talking through the walls and even the floors. They also play their music extremely loud and when you come home you walk into your apartment smelling like weed. I should not have that smell in my apartment. For the price you pay for these apartments and the fact that they raise the rent every year they should be better quality and I shouldn’t be smelling weed from someone else home.Review from Apartments.com
Close but......
December 29, 2019I moved to NC for work and have only been here 7 months. As much as I'd love to give 5 stars I cannot, nor would I recommend it unless you can manage to get an apartment on the 3rd floor. Since moving in I have called or emailed about the noise from the children above at least twice a month, sometimes more. It is not normal apartment living. I've lived in multi units most of my adult life. NOTHING is normal about the children and "adults" living up there. After I make a complaint the noise seems ...to get worse as if they are purposely trying to see how far they can push me. I have talked to the people below me to see if I am being too loud and they have told me no. I am to the point now that looking for a new place to move is first on my list for the new year. I hate to leave as I really do like the apartment but when you can't have a peaceful weekend at home that place is no longer home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live!
December 18, 2019I love the location and the floor plans. It's a friendly place where people speak to you and my dog Sammy loves that people stop to give him attention! The staff are wonderful and will do anything they can to help a resident. Parking is plentiful and garages are available at a very reasonable price.
