Absolutely LOVE my apartment it’s so spacious it comes with all your must need appliances, and for the price it was my cherry on the top! I would honestly recommend it to anyone who asked me, it’s so convenient everything is right around the corner, and the staff is so nice and friendly. Disappointing
September 18, 2024I moved into the Summerwind complex on Sept 9, 2024. Although the neighborhood is great, my overall experience has been disappointing. Some of the staff are unfriendly, difficult to deal with, or slow to respond. Additionally, some of the exterior lights in common areas remain off at night, making the complex feel dark and uninviting. To top it off, I discovered pests in my apartment on my very first night after moving in.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2024We are not happy with the management here in Summerwind. We strongly feel that management is very disrespectful towards tenants whenever we approach them for our problems. Our recent move to a new unit was very painful and frustrating with problems such as dryer not working, some of the premises not clean, had issues with internet connection, no information provided regarding mandated internet connection, AC units around the house are so noisy during nights.Property Manager Responded

The property is very well kept, the office staff are helpful and kind, and the maintenance team is very efficient! I feel safe at the property and walking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
