The Summerwood is is manage by spm properties. This management company also manage several apartment buildings in Contra Costa County. If you have an emergency, they do respond. However, usually the maintanance department are not professional plumbers appliances specialist and etc. the rent rises $50.00 each year. the manager only be an the office at the first 5 days of the month from 10:00 am to 2: 00 p.m.

I absolutely love this place. Its a nice complex, has pool, and the neighbors are really nice. Oh, and I have high ceilings, double balcony, and fireplace. I would stay forever but I work so far from here and that commute is no joke.
