"First Impressions"
July 22, 2015When I first came to the Summit Apartments I was immediately impressed with the buildings as well as the location and neighborhood that surrounded the complex. On the outside the grounds are surrounded by beautiful homes as well as natural scenery. Despite being so close to Route 30 and the Arnold Palmer Airport the area is actually quite serene and peaceful. when I entered the apartments I was immediately taken by the condition and over all feel to the apartment. everything was clean while ...sporting new appliances and a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. By far this apartment was an incredible upgrade from where I was living prior to my move. for what you receive the rent is actually quite low considering the free use of the outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis court as well as the regular care and maintenance you receive from the Summit Apartment staff. speaking of which, as of yet I have nothing but great and wonderful praises to give to the staff at Summit Apartments. If your looking for people that will work with you and make every effort to satisfy you then look no further. the only negativity that comes with the apartments is not having internet or cable. but in this modern age of smartphones and 3G 0r $G networks that really isn't an issue.
