The WORST management
May 4, 2024We have lived at Summit Falls for a few years now. At first, the building was up to standards and management was responsive (at the time, Laurel in the front desk). Over the past year, management has been unresponsive, rude, and disorganized (charging additional fees for “complications” that would have to be argued to be remedied). There are many apartment complexes in Lincoln that are sure to have less turnover and competent staff. Save your time and seek elsewhere. Look elsewhere (Poor Management)
December 7, 2023*The Management seems more focused on throwing community parties than they are on focusing on the actual needs of their residents. They are difficult to get ahold of. If you’re a resident and call the clubhouse, you’ll notice there is no voicemail. Their maintenance team is admittedly behind on residents’ requests. *Bad Internet- This property uses Windstream as its internet provider, and it is terrible * Most amenities are out-of-service, or out of season for use * Communal areas are nastyProperty Manager Responded

Management is a nightmare
June 27, 2020When we first moved in the oven did not work, it took two weeks and several excuses for why it was taking so long. The dryer also didn’t work when we moved in but that was fixed in a timely manner. Don’t lock yourself out of your garage or apartment because they have no idea if they have spare keys and they probably won’t work. When we moved out we got charged for previous damages when we moved in which I took pictures of and sent to management and they have yet to contact me at all. This place ...may look nice but it’s built cheap, I’m not saying I could do a better job at running it but they definitely have some work to do.Property Manager Responded

Dog crap everywhere!!!
October 3, 2019You can’t walk 25 feet without finding dog crap in the “common area”. It is out of control! They have a “poo prints” dna tracking service but pretty sure it’s just a marketing ploy to get people to pay more just to live here because it is NOT enforced.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Terrible Customer service
July 24, 2019I had put in a maintenance request on June 8, 2019 for a broken washer in my unit. It is now July 24 and nobody has came out to fix it yet. I was told 5 weeks ago that the part had already arrived and every week I call twice asking when my washer will be fixed. Every time, I am lied to and told they will have it fixed the next day..... And yet, nothing has been fixed. It has cost me $25/week to do my laundry at the local laundromat and this is get absolutely ridiculous. Terrible management and ...liars who work here.
