Slow on maintenance work orders. Trash area is not maintained frequently to the point where there are critters in the trash area even during the day. Assuming this is all due to the short staffing.

Great place to live! Maintenance is always courteous and completing preventative maintenance. Office staff is courteous as well. Only downside is it can be difficult to find packages in the package room sometimes.

I really enjoy living in Summit Place. It is a quiet community with a great location easily accessible to highways. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance team is phenomenal and responsive.

Great maintenance staff! We recently had an issue with our heat and the staff were quick and responsive and were able to fix it in less than 5 minutes!

Great community. The place is amazing. Everyone is so sweet at the front! Maintenance staff is amazing and always taking care of the landscape, plowing, and anything you might need!

We love living here it is close to everything, The Apt is good size. The residents are nice and friendly. They have a great dog park and walking trails. Swimming pool, Grilling Areas work out room. If you have any issues they respond quickly and the staff are very helpful, They will go out of there way to make your moving in a great experience. We are happy we chose Summit place as our home
