Great Apartment
May 20, 2025Any bad review is false. I moved in last year dec 2025. The management is on top of it. We have an app to request maintenance from and they answer the request if not the day of, the week of. The trash is never filled, the trash truck constantly comes and dumps trash. Really quiey environment. Suuuper safe. Downsides are size of apartment, i have the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, the living room is small. The parking had no shade so if it every hails, you need to find somewhere else to hide your car. The ...pool was said to be open in a week, but the pool has not been open since I moved 6 months ago. But other than that, maintenance is very quick, management is easy to reach. There is parcel for big amazon mails so it will not be stolen. 4/5Property Manager Responded

Terrible Service
October 28, 2024I scheduled a tour for today. And I arrived right on time excited and ready to tour the property. And to show my fiancé! I call the number that the AI assistant gave me. Come to find out they have nothing available. And won’t have anything available for a while. The associate who I called proceeded to blame the error on the AI assistant. They didn’t really apologize for the massive inconvenience. Normally this shouldn’t be a big deal. However 99% of companies who use AI check to make sure it ...doesn’t mislead customers. Not only is it easy to check but they didn’t even bother to check. Had no idea I was going to try and come in and waste my time. As well as my fiancés time. They also haven’t even bothered to update their listings. They say that they have units available to tour/rent as of today. If they can’t manage their AI and utilize proper customer service. And update listings/website. Don’t expect much from the property :)! I wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone as they won’t bother to check up on the listing. I will make sure to tell other buddies looking for a place to not waste their time! Even the ones who were interested in this property like myself and my fiancé! Don't move here
June 29, 2021Changed new management and the new people are rude as can be and they think they can talk to anyone side ways and over charge you to move out or break a lease! They allow trash to fill up the trash area and I believe at the moment they don't have any maintenance people ! We need the previous owner back and the people who had this they cared and made sure people was happy and worked with them unlike the new management here! June 8, 2019Don’t move here! They never clean the pool! Literally GREEN a week after opening it. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! Everything is outdated. Stay away if possible!Property Manager Responded
June 10, 2019Thank you for expressing your concerns. Unfortunately our pool pump blew out our 1 week of opening. We had to order a new one. We will reopen as soon as it comes in. Our staff strives hard to get residents to pick up after their pets. We have a strict policy in place. We have also made several updates around the property. All vacant units are being remodeled, we have built a new pergola at the pool, we have replaced the fence around the property, all doors are getting a fresh new paint, new gutters are being put in. We replaced the roof. There will be a new Entry sign put in this week. Keep on the look out for all the amazing updates to come :)

Results Driven Professional Staff
October 16, 2017I have lived at the Summit Ridge apartments several times while being stationed at Fort Sill. I have to say that the staff provide the greatest customer service I have experienced while renting an apartment. I can simply call the office with any problem ranging from a leak to a disturbance and it gets solved immediately. The Senior Maintenance Tech attacks any problem with a "Whatever it takes to fix it" attitude! The Flats by the pool are scenic and I enjoy grilling outside knowing that ...nobody ever tampers with my things kept in my outdoor cabinet. The most impressive example of customer service I can call to memory was in July when my Air Conditioning broke after 8:00 PM on a weekend and it was fixed within an hour. After experiencing the level of personal care afforded to residents here, I just don't want to live anywhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
