Decent, But Not Recommended
October 4, 2019It's a nice place, close to the University of Minnesota Duluth and St. Scholastica. The apartments are modern and comfortable. I have lived here for 7 years and the rent has increased every year I renew my lease. The maintenance staff is excellent, however the service at the office is bad most of the time. Half the time I walk into the office to pick up a package there is no one at the front desk. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place. The apartments are very nice, but they aren't worth the ...price, and despite the name, there isn't anything "luxury" about the place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
