Absolutely a total mess of a management company. Dirty, gross apartments that look nice on the outside, but terrible inside. They can't keep track of documents or records so keep every single thing. Also document and take photos of everything moving in and out. This company is by far the most unprofessional rental facility I've ever encountered.

This is not a "luxury" apartment complex. I recommend living anywhere other than here. Management is non existent. The building is FILTHY. The property is unsecured. You will be charged unexpectedly for common maintenance repairs. Mold? The building has water leaks that are severe. They will rent you an apartment that they absolutely know leaks and will then offer you another apartment for more money. Bait and switch at its worse. Stop by anytime to verify as this property is unsecured and ...
