January 27, 2026Living at Summit at San Marcos has been an amazing experience! The staff and my neighbors have always been so warm and kind. The building itself is extremely clean and the resident noise is minimal. The package room and amenities are wonderful and create an elevated experience. December 30, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Summit at San Marcos. The entire community is exceptionally clean, and the maintenance team is always quick, professional, and reliable. The gym is definitely one of the strongest features of the property — well-equipped, modern, and never overcrowded. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the residents are friendly and respectful, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere.
