Small things that bother me is just from apartment living that would happen anywhere, such as loud upstairs neighbors and we run out of hot water fast. Wish they took better care of the small details like keeping the pool and hot tub clean and buying nicer items to play all the games in the clubhouse like pool sticks and putters for the green. October 1, 2025Absolutely love living here, it is definitely my favorite apartment by far. Sabrina and Jaqueline have been so sweet and amazing thus far. The reason I only gave four stars is because of the guest parking situation. Only having 6 guest spaces for an entire community is kind of a bummer, and having my friends walk to a dark dirt lot next door to park is extremely scary at night.
