A great resort style apartment complex with golf course views available and walkable to downtown Chandler for coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and small Saturday market. The best staff and maintenance team around. What’s not to love!

Everything is good except for the issue with dogs. People who choose to have dogs seriously need to take responsibility for taking care of them and being considerate of their neighbors. There is a dog that barks as early as 6–7 a.m. and sometimes even around midnight. There is also dog poop in the hallway, and the smell of dog urine near the south entrance by the parking lot is extremely strong. Before getting a dog, people should learn how to properly care for it and respect those living around ...

I’ve lived here for 6 years and there are several reasons why I keep renewing my lease! First off, the staff is approachable and really tries to make us happy. Second, the maintenance team is similar and responsive. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. Overall I haven’t had any issues with other tenants which is also a plus. The complex is located right outside of downtown Chandler, so you’re walking distance to plenty of activities. You can’t go wrong renting here.

Overall, my experience living here has been good. The community is generally well maintained and management has been responsive. However, one downside has been inconsiderate pet owners who do not always clean up after their pets, which impacts shared areas. Addressing this would really improve the resident experience.
