November 28, 2025I would not recommend living at summit at Sausalito. Our individual unit has an incredible view and the apartment itself has been ok with some maintenance hurdles (most notably sewage backing up into the bathtub), but the downsides of the property broadly have outweighed that in the last couple of years. Despite what may be management’s best efforts, there doesn’t seem to be a sense of responsibility of the community to maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents to enjoy.Review from Apartments.com

And of course Target ;) The apartment is spacious and I particularly love the views of Richardson Bay and the Headlands. The in unit washer/dryer is also incredibly nice to have. I look forward to taking advantage of the trail access and other amenities here. The leasing process was really easy and pleasant.
