March 10, 2024Had an emergency and was so worried I wouldn't have help till Monday. Eric was quickly responsive and was able to take care of my issue efficiently 100 percent!!!! Between Angel (amazing also) and Eric this is the place to live!!! You will have front office support as well as maintenance support for all your issues when it's important to you! Donna in the front office is an amenity of sun chase! Without her this place is lost!!!!! Sun chase is the best place to live in Bradenton!!!Review from Apartments.com

Too Many Dogs
January 26, 2019If you are a dog owner this is the place for you. If you don’t mind being woken up at 3:30am by a neighbor’s unattended barking dog, this is the place for you. If you don’t care if your dog has separation anxiety and you leave him/her alone for hours to bark because he misses you, this is the place for you. If you like sitting out on your deck or balcony listening to a cacophony of barking dogs, this is the place for you. If you want to live a peaceful existence....don’t rent here! If you like ...to sleep...don’t rent here! If you work from home and need peace and quiet so that you can conduct business calls, don’t rent here.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2015I love living here mostly because of the property management's attentiveness to any issues I've had when it comes to fixing something that needed repair. They are professional and quality is number one! I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and I feel safe. I have great neighbors and this complex is central to everything I need to live.
