December 16, 2024I would like to express my appreciation for Vanessa from the management team, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. While I have only been a resident of Sun Plaza Apartments for a month I can say that my neighbors have been great, with the exception of one. I have also submitted a few service requests through the portal and hope they will be addressed soon. I would like to request the implementation of security services at night, as my car was previously targeted for a ...break-in. Aside from this concern, I have nothing else to report. November 28, 2024My experience with Sun Plaza so far has been great, the atmosphere is nice, neighbors are ok. Love that there is a laundry mat and small gym in the community, It’s quiet and calm at nights. Vanessa in the front office is amazing she is friendly, attentive and caring she has been so amazing helped us throughout the whole process she communicated well via phone and email. It is a quiet community, the staff are great people, friendly and try their best to resolve issues I have had in the past.
