September 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI renewed my lease in June and in 6 years they've never charged me for electric, as I pay that with Ameren on a seperate bill. Well NOW, they started charging me and in the last 3 months they've charged me 220 bucks extra and they still won't do anything. Anytime I go in there they just go "oh we're handling it" and they really aren't. They've now been dodging my calls and emails. Also, it took them over 2 years to fix a door handle, which is ridiculous. Also, they installed new driers, of ...course mine doesn't work, and they take yet another month or so to fix this. March 28, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI was sent a lease renewal and was given a timeline till 4/24/23 till either accept or deny it. When I went to renew though the prices were all changed and the rate increases more than doubled. They were recently bought out by a hedge fund so I assume that is where the change came from.Property Manager Responded

They are nice on the surface but that's it. The office staff is nice. I would not recommend this place. I know serval people who are moving before their contract is up and paying the fine because they are fed up. We will not be renewing.Property Manager Responded
