Stay Away!!
September 6, 2023I renewed my lease in June and in 6 years they've never charged me for electric, as I pay that with Ameren on a seperate bill. Well NOW, they started charging me and in the last 3 months they've charged me 220 bucks extra and they still won't do anything. Anytime I go in there they just go "oh we're handling it" and they really aren't. They've now been dodging my calls and emails. Also, it took them over 2 years to fix a door handle, which is ridiculous. Also, they installed new driers, of ...course mine doesn't work, and they take yet another month or so to fix this. It's going downhill and people please stay clear of this.Property Manager Responded

Nothing but liars
March 28, 2023I was sent a lease renewal and was given a timeline till 4/24/23 till either accept or deny it. When I went to renew though the prices were all changed and the rate increases more than doubled. They were recently bought out by a hedge fund so I assume that is where the change came from.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2022Maintenance is horrible. I feel like the new owners do not care. You pay too much for nothing to be taken care of. They are nice on the surface but that's it. The office staff is nice. I would not recommend this place. I know serval people who are moving before their contract is up and paying the fine because they are fed up.
