Great place to live
December 17, 2024I have enjoyed my stay Sun Valley. The place is clean and very cozy, with plenty of parking available. The location is great: next to a Pick N' Save plaza and walking distance to restaurants, parks, Walgreens, UPS etc. Very close to the beltline and downtown. The office staff is very friendly and very prompt with service requests.Property Manager Responded

Great place to rent
July 11, 2022I live here for 3 years without any issues. My apartment was huge, new appliances and maintenance was reliable. During winter months walkways and driveway was cleared quickly. Would recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com

I really liked the location and the manager was really helpful, I apologize for not remembering his name it is a different name.
December 29, 2014I originally was looking to move in february 1st and now it has moved to April15th or for sure may 1st. so I am hopeful that I could call Sun Valley my new home. I work at the Great Dane so I couldnt ask for a better location and the amount of money for the rent is right in my guidelines for what I can afford. Alot of other places are so expensive and it would make it more difficult to make it paying so much for rent.Review from Apartments.com
