The location is great: next to a Pick N' Save plaza and walking distance to restaurants, parks, Walgreens, UPS etc. Very close to the beltline and downtown. December 29, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI originally was looking to move in february 1st and now it has moved to April15th or for sure may 1st. so I am hopeful that I could call Sun Valley my new home. I work at the Great Dane so I couldnt ask for a better location and the amount of money for the rent is right in my guidelines for what I can afford. Alot of other places are so expensive and it would make it more difficult to make it paying so much for rent.
