Great place to live
December 17, 2024I have enjoyed my stay Sun Valley. The place is clean and very cozy, with plenty of parking available. The location is great: next to a Pick N' Save plaza and walking distance to restaurants, parks, Walgreens, UPS etc. Very close to the beltline and downtown. Great place to rent
July 11, 2022I live here for 3 years without any issues. My apartment was huge, new appliances and maintenance was reliable. During winter months walkways and driveway was cleared quickly. Would recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com

I really liked the location and the manager was really helpful, I apologize for not remembering his name it is a different name.
December 29, 2014I originally was looking to move in february 1st and now it has moved to April15th or for sure may 1st. so I am hopeful that I could call Sun Valley my new home. I work at the Great Dane so I couldnt ask for a better location and the amount of money for the rent is right in my guidelines for what I can afford. Alot of other places are so expensive and it would make it more difficult to make it paying so much for rent.Review from Apartments.com
