This is the worst rental/property management company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The management staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was promised new blinds and two windows to be replaced after I moved in which were never provided. The carpets were not cleaned before I moved in. The walls were covered in black filth from smoking residue, and the apartment reeked of smoke which took months of cleaning walls before the smell subsided. The company allows smoking in the apartments ...
which filled the halls and seeped under the door. The company is unwilling to work with you if problems arise, and are rude when contacted on the phone. I would steer clear of these apartments and look elsewhere.
