The best of Downtown Fishers

If you're looking for a place with excellence at a reasonable price, look no further. Located beside downtown Fishers, the neighborhood is central without being TOO central. Unlike other apartments nearby, there's a modicum of privacy and quiet. The community is diverse and kind, spanning many age groups and backgrounds. Not to mention, the folks at the leasing office are great people, and the maintenance folks are skilled and courteous.
I've lived many places over my life and after half a year ...
here, I can happily say this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Honestly, the only thing that would make it better is an indoor pool.

I have lived here in Sunblest since 2017 and loved every minute of it. The office staff is always polite and helpful. Whenever I have any maintenance issues, the maintenance team is on it. They are always courteous and show respect to your apartment. The community is calm and peaceful day and night. Moving to Sunblest was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The staff are very responsive and friendly; there are two kid parks and a dog park in the neighborhood as well as two pools. The proximity to everything in Fishers is phenomenal especially considering the very reasonable rent.
Maintenance is quick to respond and they do a great job. Having lived in two different units (separated by several years away) they are very spacious and have been well maintained over the years. My family and I love Sunblest and recommend for anyone looking for a great ...

I have LOVED living in these apartments! They are in a convenient location for walking to Holland Park and the Circle of Downtown Fishers! I enjoy walking/running on the trails throughout the community, especially in the summer for the concerts and farmers markets on the circle. The apartments are also reasonably priced compared to complexes near them. The maintenance as well as office staff are always very attentive to resident's needs and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Easy access to play area, gym, tennis court, rocket ball courts, volleyball area and pool. Very close to public park, shops and library. Maintenance team members are very helpful and easy to get help through office. Calm and safe place to live in Fishers.

Major issues with new windows and sliding glass doors being installed. Energy efficient they said. Sounds great but mine were so drafty due to improper installation that I had to shove toilet paper in the gaps. 18 months later, new unit, and now they want to install a lock on my sliding glass door, a lock that should have been installed over a year and before I moved into this unit 6 months ago. When I asked why they hadn’t installed it before I moved in the property manager, Sue, was rude and ...
pushy. Crappy carpet that was hastily cleaned and began showing stains about a month after we moved in. I’ve lived here 5 years and didn’t expect to be given old carpet. Outdated trim and doors, poor quality knobs on bifold doors. Overall I’m not happy. Look elsewhere, just avoid Regency Windsor complexes. Rent elsewhere in Fishers.
