Communication is horrible and they're sneaky. Always adding new fees never explaining anything. Don't care about the residents. If you don't ever need assistance you'll be fine but you'll probably wait 7 months for a mailbox key like i did. You'll be told you can only pay rent in person then the office will always be closed. Then they'll make sure no ones there to collect your rent until after the 3rd so they can charge you a late fee every month.

We understand how frustrating it can feel when things don’t go as expected, and we want to make sure the information about how our community operates is clear. All fees are fully disclosed before move-in and itemized on each monthly statement to ensure transparency for every resident. Mailbox keys are handled entirely by the United States Postal Service. They create, issue, and replace all keys, and the community does not have access to make or manage them. For rent payments, residents who are late are required to pay in person. Our office is open four days a week, and when those hours don’t align with someone’s schedule, we also offer additional drop-off options to make the process easier. We care deeply about the people who live here, and we’re always open to conversations that help improve someone’s experience. Sunbury ridge is a great apartment complex. The leasing and maintenance teams are phenomenal. The location is close to a lot of attractions and near major highways. There are also two trails right outside the complex which is nice to have. The pool is always clean and ready to use in the summer months. I have been here 3 years and I enjoy living here a lot.

Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and courteous. Our furnace quit at 10pm when it was 10 degrees outside, we called the emergency maintenance number and our furnace was fixed within an hour of placing the call. Shared spaces are clean and well kept, beautiful pool. Airport noise can be a lot at times, but isn't much of an issue after a while. Neighbors are friendly, valet trash is very convenient, nice sized dog park. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here!

I don’t understand why Cortland doesn’t use the security camera that is at the pool. I was told that Cortland bought this property and the camera was already there. I don’t understand why Cortland will not utilize the camera in the summer time at the pool. That “might” cut down on some of the issues that happen here every summer.

Sunbury ridge is a pleasant place to stay. The staff is always nice and helpful and the apartments are nice on the interior and landscaping is kept up. During the summer they sometimes have food trucks and different events in the community which is nice.
