Beautiful Community but Horrible Customer Service
August 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWent by there to view an apt and when I got there everything looked very nice. As we were getting prices and information about this place, a woman with short hair who appears to be the manager walked passed us leaving a horrible stench of marijuana. I was so surprised at the fact that this was happening at a gorgeous place and how there’s no regard on appearance or professionalism from the office staff. The lady walked passed us leaving her horrible marijuana smell behind to only go sit down in a ...back office and complain loudly so everyone could hear. I felt very uncomfortable at that moment that there is no way I could allow my mother to live alone at the mercy of these people. I live out of state and am really sad this happened because I really had my eye set on this place for my mother. All I can say is if this is what they show you when your interested in information about renting I can only imagine what it would be like once our elderly families are living there and an emergency arises.Read More
