The worse property Manager and Management
August 11, 2021I was trying to get 1 bed 1 bath Apartment and the lady call me and she told me she will send me an email but she never did call or send me the paper of lease and eventually when I call next morning she rented that apartment to someone else and because of her my whole Fall semester was on risk because I don’t have any other place to live.Review from Apartments.com

May 14, 2019The unit show cased to me had wood floors and ceiling fans, however the one I ended up leasing had carpet and absolutely no fans at all. On top of it the a/c wasn't working and they had promised to have it fixed before we moved in in August. Move in day came and it was NOT fixed, took them 2 days and it was 102F outside even hotter inside (Especially with no fans). The sliding doors are installed backwards and fall out of the track, thank god I was second floor because that's a huge security ...issue. Maintenance is slow and don't always come even if they say they did. Parking lot is way too small and not enough guest parking, Management is rude and don't communicate well. Was promised keys to the pool, and never got them. Stray Feral cats everywhere. The only good part about this place is there is a lot of shade to park in and the rent is fairly cheap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Ripoff
January 8, 2019I only applied to this place and felt abused. I filled out an application and gave everything that the man asked for, but there was a catch. They waived the Admin fee of $100 and the Application fee of $50 and instead asked for the Deposit of $150. I blame myself and my young naive mind for believing that I would get this 'deposit' back just in case it didn't work out. This was on December 23. Fast forward a week and a half later and I finally get a response. By this time I had applied to other ...places, and could not wait any longer. On January 4th I only got an EMAIL that stated word for word, "Yeah got back your page 2 from compliance, she said, “We need a statement for both his savings acct and his 401K…Another alternative is I can send the second page of the AHP application and you can correct the information on it."Usually on Friday I am away from work and hardly check my emails. Over that weekend I received a PHONE CALL from another apartment complex, approving my application. On Monday the 7th I replied to the email and stated that I had been approved elsewhere and stated that I would be stopping by to pick up the deposit. NO RESPONSE. Tuseday the 8th, today, I drop by. They refused to give me my deposit. Only reasons they gave me were the waiving of the Admin and App fee and that I had already been APPROVED. How could I have been approved if I had gotten an email asking for more information. I just don't understand. I would be completely understanding if the had just worded the 'deposit' as an App and Admin fee, but don't lie to potential residents. The lack of communication and reasoning is why I am on here. August 5, 2015I relocated from another state and needed help in getting my move started. The front staff was extremely helpful, provided accurate information, and tailored towards my needs. The complex is quiet, well lit, and clean. The neighborhood is good, near schools, childcare, and with a lot of great restaurants. I'm happy with my choice!Review from Apartments.com
Not what I expected...
May 16, 2013The location is great and the outside or the apartments are very nice. The actual apartment is old and the one i saw was not very well taken care of. I loved the size or the bedrooms but the bathrooms and the kitchen just looked so bad that they couldnt be ignored.Review from Apartments.com
