    • Poor ownership

      July 26, 2019
      Upon walking into the Historical Sunflower Hotel, my first impression was how filthy it was. From the floors, to the ceiling which was leaking water making it smell of putrid mildew. Then as I noticed cockroaches crawling everywhere, I noticed the dumpsters on the lower level. I immediately turned around and vacated the building with such sadness that the owner would neglect such a building. Go check it out for yourself...

    • Great apartments at affordable prices.

      I moved in my apt Febuary of 2018. So i been here for 1 yr 6 months and all i can say is that i would recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff is ready to help and the maintenance crew usually get ontop of a problem if something goes wrong in apartment. And the building is control access only after 8pm and before 8am 7 days a week. When u sign lease the manager has u set up ur own password to get u access after doors lock. And there is a laundromat in basement cheap to wash cloths. And a ...
      elevator 24/7. They have 2 parking lots so u can park where ever u choose to. Well i give it 5 stars if u love historic buildings u will love living here... Thanks Dennis...
