August 14, 2015This IS THE ONLY PERFECT BUILDING -- in a secret corner of the world -- Sunland-Tujunga California -- close to everything (downtown, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank , the Valley, the mountains, the foothills, close to Montrose, La Crescenta /Foothill Communities -- the building has grassy areas, pool, party area used for kids parties, dancing, bands --- some inside areas used for outdoor overnight tents -- upper level balconies or front "lawns" cookout areas -- true family living - mixed ethnic ...community . . . pets allowed After 30 years of "Valley" living, this is the best little secret -- micro-climate (more rain, cooler than the Valley) lots of small ethnic restaurants/shops/arts centers - WALK TO SENIOR CENTER AND SUPERMARKET AND STARBUCKS-- You have to live here to appreciate its beauty and "mist over mountains", spectacular sunsets and very individualistic inhabitants. clean/well-maintained GREEN buildingRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
