Terrible Managment

I have lived here over a year and a half. Management does not respond. They let people in your apartment without telling you. They do not clean up once people have been in your apartment. They do not respond to emails about meeting or discussing things in general.

Awful. If I could, I would give it Zero stars. This place does not respond to emails. Maintenance and the managment will lie about how long it takes to get things fixed. I have lived here over a year and a half now and the upstairs neighbors dishwasher broke due to maintenance working on it. It flooded my apartment. They told me they would have it done in a week. Lies. It took two months for everything to be fixed. They would send people in to work in my apartment without giving me notice. The ...
dust was everywhere and they never clean up. They made my Electricity bill increase by over $100. They tried to blame it on the weather but I hd past bill and i was on vacation. They told me they would get back to me about the Credit i am due and it’s been 3 months of silence. They won’t respond to my emails. Terrible place i can’t WAIT to move out.

This is my first time living in an apartment in over 6yrs. I couldn’t be happier. The building has great sound proofing and excellent interior/exterior. The community and management are both wonderful. Everything is maintained and we are offered i sight to potential enhancements and our opinions. I love living here.

I’ve travel a lot in the past 5 years due to school and jobs. Living here truly feels like being in a hotel. Everything is ready and spotless. Whenever there is an issue it gets taken care of immediately.

Sunnen Station is a beautiful place to live. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. The staff is more than accommodating and friendly. The amenities are top of the line and up to date for 2022. I would recommend Sunnen Station to anyone looking for living space in the Maplewood area!
