me hizo querer volver. Ahora entiendo por qué hay tantos apartamentos vacíos. Con tan mal trato, probablemente también despida a los empleados con su humillación. Dijo que no tenía tiempo para ATENDERME porque estaba sola, que no tenía personal para ATENDERME ni para limpiar. ¡Qué mala experiencia! Es la primera vez que tengo esta mala experiencia y este mal trato en un lugar que DEBERÍA OFRECER BUEN SERVICIO. Le dije que no iba a pedir que me dejaran vivir gratis solo para recibir un servicio tan pésimo. Todos merecen respeto. Y ella siguió siendo muy grosera. ¡Qué triste! DO NOT LIVE HERE! My husband and I needed some where to stay after finding out about my preganancy and couldnt buy a house immediately. Through our entire lease, we have paid for amenities that are non existent, such as security (there is shooting every month in the neighborhood), gates (has never worked and no attempts to fix either), and Pool is ALWAYS closed. The following year, we had no choice but to renew our lease and they up the rent with NO CHANGES/FIXES. We recently had a pipe burst ...

inside our apartment and flooded our space with 2 inches of water...our tiles shifted and the floors started to sink. We patiently waited to let them know the moment it happened in 2023! the order request would be canceled or marked as completed without NOTHING being done. No my 9 month old is crawling on shifted tiles.After waiting months they finally contacted us but made us move everything into our bedroom to fix the tiles only to wait several days with no one ever coming in to fix anything. I AM TIRED. You will regret living here.

Don’t waste your money! Roach problem. Mold in walls and water damaged. Lawn service cuts over trash. The valet trash service is a bunch of high school kids that throws the bags and leave trash all over the ground when trash bags bust. Over priced. Cheap ungraded. Vinyl roll floors cheap appliances and patch holes in walls poorly done. Don’t be fool by the model. That’s the only apartment that’s nice. Water bill is extremely high. There’s not break down of the water usage. It’s base off of how ...

many people are on your lease. Just ridiculous nasty. Can’t use the pool because near by people who don’t stay here uses and take over the pool. No security and gates are wide open. You will not feel safe over here. No one cleans up after there dogs . I had to call the city just to get something fixed in my unit. Not to mention I waited over a month. The only way to get results is to call the city code enforcement and that will light fire under you know what. DONT MOVE HERE. BEWARE OF DIRTY LAKE

On top of that no one ever answers the phone so save your time Theresa the property manager has the worst attitude ever so if that’s how she is then don’t expect her staff to be any better. I put in a pest control request weeks ago and still nothing and a work order months ago and nothing. When maintenance finally shows up they just cover mold, patch things and rarely do they actually ...

solve the problem. There’s always trash all over the complex and the maintenance isn’t doing anything to keep it clean. Plus the valet trash is a joke because they only pick up sometimes and will leave your trash sitting for days. The staff always has dumpsters overflowing with trash and there’s never any parking spaces. People line up waiting for someone to leave so they can park on a daily basis. Save your money and time don’t rent here.

Sunny lake got a new management and they have been very responsive to maintenance request and other needs. Gates are working, property looks neat now, office team is very nice, helpfull and polite . I highly recommend sunny lake apartments. The best in the area.

Worst place to rent an apartment thank God I moved out out. My experience with was from August 1, 2018- July 31, 2019. It was so bad I had to brake my least a month before. Janice is absolutely the best but she working for the wrong apartment building. She need to go somewhere else where she will appreciated.

I lived in Sunny Lakes Apartments (formerly The Glen) from July 2018 until July 2019. During this horrific time, my home was robbed, my son was robbed on the playground, my upstairs neighbor threatened to shoot me and my children, there was mysterious water damage in several rooms, mold damage, paint on the laminate floors, and old appliances throughout. The exterior of this property is dated and overrun with huge spiders. Please do not let the change in management fool you. The current owners ...

are just as bad as the previous owners. Janice is the only employee who actually cares about the residents. These renovations are band-aids on a huge problem. I advised the new managers about the deplorable conditions and they stated that they have someone moving in 3 days after my lease ended. So they had no intentions on correcting this nightmare of an apartment. The grounds are poorly kept. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM LEASING HERE!
