Our living areas are very spacious, and all of our units have a balcony, or patio. Our rent prices go anywhere from $1,829 - $2,499. Rent includes sewer and landscaping! We do require that a Security Deposit is paid at move-in; this amount will vary between $2,500 and $3,500 based on your income level, credit, rental, and criminal history background. Great homes in a safe area
November 7, 2019We just moved out after living here for two years, to purchase our dream home in a nearby township. Sunpointe Townhomes was a great place for us to start. The townhouse we had was very well maintained and provided a perfect amount of space for us. The maintenance and leasing staff is very friendly and responsive and always happy to help. The complex offers a free fitness area in the field house, and two fenced in dog parks on premises, (it's also a dog friendly complex) which are both benefits ...that we took advantage of. The residents in the complex all seem to be very friendly, and the neighborhood is extremely safe (noticed zero incidents in the two years we lived here). While moving out, the leasing and maintenance staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to us as well.
