June 27, 2024Five stars! I've called this apartment complex home for over a decade, and it's been an incredible experience. The management is attentive and responsive, maintenance is prompt, and the community is friendly and safe. The location is convenient with great amenities nearby. RUN AWAY!!!!
May 15, 2024If you’re looking for a place to start new, SunRidge is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! Where do I even begin with Sunridge…let’s first start with how loud the neighborhood is. They say “quiet hours” are from 10PM-8AM, but you will hear people screaming, fighting, slamming things, throwing things, and revving their car engines like they have the baddest car on the block at all hours of the night. Neighbors will come outside and fist fight in the middle of the parking lot, and threaten people with ...firearms. If you put in a noise complaint, nothing is done about it….actually, if you try to contact management at all, you will hardly ever get a response. Management here is the WORST I’ve ever had to work with. They are hardly ever in the office, and when they are, they are passive aggressive and act like they have better things to do than that of helping you. Since living here (Moved in June 2023), they have gone through 2 different managers, all being the same as the last: rude. The only good interaction you will have with anyone from the office is maintenance, and that’s if you can even get them on the phone. We just had an issue in our apartment and it took 4 days of constant calling and messaging to get it resolved. I understand if they have low staff on maintenance, seeing as though it’s only ever been the same guy coming to fix things, but when you have about 16 buildings with 8 apartments per building, one man,even 2, isn’t enough for all that. And, on top of ALL OF THAT, the rent is not as low as they advertise it to be. Utilities are NOT included in the price of the rent like advertised on here, you will have to pay about an extra $100 a month for those. There are SOOOOO many random hidden fees within the process of paying your rent so trying to pay with a money order, check, or cash isn’t going to work because that’s NOT allowed. They really really need that $30 convenience fee when you go to pay online. Sunridge looks like such a nice place from the road, but once you start living here, the problems start coming to light. We were so incredibly excited moving in here and now we have never been more excited to leave it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A must see!!
April 28, 2020Let me tell you about Sunridge Apartments. ALL managers and staff are exceptional. One mile from SFA and 1/2 mile from Post Office, banks,emergency care and 1 and 1/2 mile from Wal-Mart. They are remodeling and updating this year 2020. Painting outside (lookin' good), replaced all gutters and replaced toilets with ones that use 1/2 of water than old ones to conserve. Anything that needs attention is attended to in timely manner. Police patrol weekly and it is very quiet and peaceful. ...Prices are lower then most nice apartments in city. Do not move hete
August 1, 2018Worst people to deal with for any maintenance issues. They will tell you they have new management on-site to address the issues but nothing ever gets repaired in a timely manner. Even safety related issues took 4 months to repair and even then some of them were not repaired after 9 months. Do yourself a favor and rent some where else besides this place.Review from Apartments.com
