bad roach problem, they don’t clean the units when people move out bc when I moved in I had to DEEP clean there was animal hair EVERYWHERE. They’re rude in the office. They lie about renovations it’s just 100 layers of paint on everything lol.

Yesterday, I opened the back door to put stuff in the closet and an army of cockroaches came running in and went underneath the refrigerator. We moved it and even more came out and by the end of the day we had hundreds of dead cockroaches on out floor and it was so disgusting. Also, it’s not as good as it seems. Everything is falling apart and is horrible.

Not nearly as nice as the pictures make it look. The AC needs to be fixed every week. I have had a leaking problem for 3 years and the ceiling in my bedroom is worn down because of it. And every year they raise the rent. The only reason I am still living there is because how close it is to where I work. This is definitely the last year i will live here.

Apartment complex is trashy...laundry facilities have dryers that won't dry clothes....loose dogs running around attacking leashed pets...most pet owners do not have dogs registered...and the legal residents that are paying pet deposits plus monthly pet rent have no recourse....dumpsters overflowing...crappy appliances...and it seems as if this is a sanctuary apartment complex that allows anyone in...with the number of residents in some apartments, one would think they allow a person for every ...

one hundred square feet of apartment space....Beware...!

I chose to move to Sunridge Apt based off location and rent amount. You get what you pay for! This place is old and falling apart. Kids have egged my car within a month of living here! It happened again! I spoke with other residents who complain of the same issue, but the office always says that no one has reported it! Which is a DAG ON LIE!!!! The pool is always getting worked on, so its never open! The wash room is absolutely disgusting! I have no lights or ceiling fans in either one of my 2 ...

bedroom apt. The only ceiling fan is in the kitchen! If you have no other option than to move here I understand. But please PLEASE PLEASE make this place a last resort!

THEY HAVE A HUGE ROACH PROBLEM I LIVED IN THE EFF APARTMENT AND THERE WERE ROACHES EVERY WHERE THEY BOMBED THE PLACE WITH ROACH SPRAY AND THEN MILLIONS OF ROACHES CAME ONE TIME THERE WERE SO MANY ROACHES IN THE DOOR IT BEGAN TO SHAKE THEY GOT INTO EVERY THING I HAD I HAD TO JUST LEAVE ALL MY STUFF IT WAS SO BAD

Pros: great location for me, great nearby fast food restaurants, stores within walking distance. Has a pool and maintenance does their job. Cons: Carpet was stained clearly was taken care from previous owners. Chipped paint. It says "ceiling fans" correction here only 1 fan and that's in the kitchen. Bathroom tubs are clearly really old with past mold. Paste looks like it wasn't taken care of before move in. And that's not even mentioning that horrible pest problems!! First day we moved in ...

roches were in the kitchen. And it seems like a never ending problem. You can hear neighbors having frights next door and neighbors upstairs having I their "intimate moments " just awful. Would NOT recommend sorry. :)

These apartments are horrible! I moved in with the apartment that leaks. They fix leaks so bad that I got over ran by roaches mold and there was termites. No matter how much I would clean it was every where. Then out side on the building was mold and human ?. They would never clean it up. Children would play in it cause it ran to the playground. I had to move out due to horrible living conditions my children had to live with. I would call and call to get all this fix and no one would fix or ...

clean it up. Called the city to report it and they only cleaned ? on the playground. So sad that it had to come to this. Then I moved out at the end of my lease due to conditions and they turned me in for oweing them money. They know I took pictures of all this and refused to take it off my credit and the apartment manager ran me off instead working this matter out. If could I would leave photos on here to show how bad this all was.

Nothing really stands out about the living space, it has beige walls, coffee colored carpet, and out dated kitchen appliances. Rent is actually pretty good since most utilities are paid all together and it has a lot of recreational area's for the kids or anyone who likes to keep active. Management is great, when you have a problem they send someone the next day so it's always a quick fix. Overall it is a great place, especially for first time renters.
