Beware of Loud Upstairs Neighbors and Unresponsive Management
August 23, 2025I moved in November 2024 and immediately regretted it because of the constant stomping, banging, and heavy footsteps from the tenants upstairs. It’s so loud it feels like living beneath elephants. Since then, I’ve emailed management multiple times with recordings and even provided a police incident number after calling in a late-night noise complaint. Their only response has been, “We’ll ask them to keep it down.” Nothing has ever improved. My most recent email wasn’t even acknowledged. Because ...of this, I have never had a quiet evening after work or a peaceful day off. The noise is relentless, and I now dread being home. It feels retaliatory at this point, and the lack of response from management only makes it worse. If you value peace, quiet, and responsive management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Living here has only increased my anxiety, stress, and PTSD symptoms. The quality of life here is significantly reduced.Property Manager Responded

Our team has taken your concerns seriously and has spoken with your upstairs neighbor on multiple occasions. He has been mindful and has kept us updated on the steps he has taken to minimize household noise, including keeping his children quiet after your initial concerns. You provided us with video recordings for review, which were carefully evaluated by our onsite team and upper management. These recordings did not reveal excessive noise, but rather normal sounds that can sometimes occur within apartment living. For transparency, this determination was reviewed by multiple managers. Please know that each time you have contacted the office, we have addressed your concerns with your neighbor directly and remain committed to being responsive to your concerns. While some day-to-day noise is unfortunately a reality of community living, we will continue to monitor the situation and remain available ...should you wish to discuss further.

quiet and clean
April 7, 2023Been here 14 months. Management changed 4 months ago (January 2023) . Previous management was solid, punctual with responses and easy to work with. New management not so much. Changed twice and only let us know once. The new management does not really answer emails or voicemails. A bit frustrating really. Tried for two weeks to send in my 30 notice to vacate when my lease was ending. They told me they could not locate my emails and made me redo it for two weeks later so that was lame. Nice place ...to live tho. Apartments are clean, mait. Guys are super cool, not a lot of traffic really but the parking sucks for visitors. Megan and Tianna in the office are kind and willing to help in any way they can. They work hard together to create and maintain and positive, clean, and friendly environment. The maintenance crew is nothing less than stellar- they go above and beyond to make your space and the community beautiful. We truly love it here and look forward to coming home each day. February 1, 2022My daughter and I had relocated here from California and it was the best decision I have made and living here it’s so peaceful and everyone in the office and around the property are so humble and nice… and the management she is very wonderful and her staff as well!! Debra, the Manager and Tianna, the Assistant Manager at the time were extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. My 1st apartment and its perfect!
November 2, 2019This is my first apartment, after looking at several different places in HV I chose Sunridge. It has the most breathtaking views of the valley, The manager Debra and Tom were so helpful and made me feel very welcome from the moment I called. When toured I was so impressed with Debras knowledge and ability to answer any questions I had. I applied and moved in 3 days later. The office staff are very accommodating. Alex and Brandon the maintenance guys took care of hanging a light for me the ...day I moved in! I see the guys out working they always stop and ask how things are going and if I need anything.
