Beware of Loud Upstairs Neighbors and Unresponsive Management

I moved in November 2024 and immediately regretted it because of the constant stomping, banging, and heavy footsteps from the tenants upstairs. It’s so loud it feels like living beneath elephants.
Since then, I’ve emailed management multiple times with recordings and even provided a police incident number after calling in a late-night noise complaint. Their only response has been, “We’ll ask them to keep it down.” Nothing has ever improved. My most recent email wasn’t even acknowledged.

of this, I have never had a quiet evening after work or a peaceful day off. The noise is relentless, and I now dread being home. It feels retaliatory at this point, and the lack of response from management only makes it worse.
If you value peace, quiet, and responsive management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Living here has only increased my anxiety, stress, and PTSD symptoms. The quality of life here is significantly reduced.

He has been mindful and has kept us updated on the steps he has taken to minimize household noise, including keeping his children quiet after your initial concerns. You provided us with video recordings for review, which were carefully evaluated by our onsite team and upper management. These recordings did not reveal excessive noise, but rather normal sounds that can sometimes occur within apartment living. For transparency, this determination was reviewed by multiple managers.
