Worst Place to Live
May 19, 2021This place is raggedy. The pool hasn’t been touched in ages and no one dares to step foot in it, The tennis court is broken down, the plumbing is trash, management doesn’t care about any problems brought up, there’s been two shootings in the complex in the same month and if anything goes wrong it’s the tenants responsibility to fix it.Review from Apartments.com
APPARENTLY, NO IMPROVEMENTS SINCE 2002!!
May 11, 2020I lived there when it was called Springtree Meadows! Management was horrible!! I had to file a complaint with Licensing & Inspections before someone came and looked at my unit. When the Inspectors came, my carpets were replaced as well as the shower stall in the master bathroom. Apparently, the wall was wet. The Inspector pushed on several random tiles and tiles fell in the wall. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!Review from Apartments.com
Worst Apartment Ever
July 2, 2019Do NOT MOVE HERE! Do not bring your kids here. Mold infested, Blackwater, roach infested, horrible parking, horrible management, washing machine never work, no use of pool 2 years. Unhealthy City of S6needs to red tag these buildings. Best day ever was moving out of there today 7/3/2019. But had no choice because my unit is filled with BLACK MOLD.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartment I’ve ever been to
November 8, 2018I wish I could give no stars at all, this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They ask for visitors to park in an assigned space but there’s only 6 in the whole complex. They tow your car for no apparent reason so that they friend who owns the tow company give them a percentage. Maintenance NEVER shows up at all.Review from Apartments.com
