October 19, 2023When things need to be fixed they get fixed. When there’s a problem with tenants they handle it. They keep the grounds clean and the ladies in the office are awesome! I would recommend renting from them. Just sucks they are in Barstow away from everything.Review from Apartments.com

Do not do it
August 17, 2021Do not apply here. They will string you along forever with no regard basically just to get $100 out of you with no work on their end. Drove two hours to view a place, waited three hours for someone to show up to the office and when they did they said the unit we had come to see had been rented already. Baited is with a unit that would be available “soon”, and then when we asked nearly two weeks after applying we were told the tenant had not vacated and had not made any indication of when they ...would. Do not rent here
February 11, 2020They are infested with roaches. They take forever to come fix something, I normally have to remind them several times. There is drug addicts coming in all throughout the night yelling, couples fighting every other night around 1-2 in the morning. They constantly have attitudes when you ask for the key to the gym... it’s not not a good living experience !Review from Apartments.com
Shady and Snooty
December 6, 2015Rent is not as advertised and they run a scam on you with application fees and holding fees. They never answer their phone, they never contact you as the applicant, and they are never in the office. They leave a sign on the door that says that they are out to lunch and that the time was 12:00pm when they left, and the time that you show up and try to inquire about a unit is 3:00pm and still no one is there.........i bet they're still on the clock getting paid through!! This place is managed ...very poorly and should be cleaned up. I have always lived in apartments throughout my 10 years in the military living off post, I've been stationed in Tennessee, Georgia, South Korea, and now Fort Irwin, California. And I have never experienced such scamming, shady, and snooty property management as these people. Good luck with them and I am actually happy to have not rented here seeing as I would have had to deal with them over a 6 month lease. So I guess I paid $100 to find out who not to rent with. And FYI, there are plenty of newer and nicer properties in Victorville for the same or less price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
