Can hear the neighbors

At all hours of the day you can hear the neighbors. That’s not just through the walls but outside too. Imagine during the summer being able to hear everything that people do outside. When I first moved in I had put in so many work orders one being my garage door doesn’t shut at times and it’s constantly breaking. Not to mention they clame there’s a lot of natural light but my apartment is always dark and the lighting fixtures that come with it prevent you from getting brighter bulbs. I ...
definitely would not recommend moving here. Your paying too much for lackluster accommodation.
