Pros-
• The maintenance is on top of everything. They always respond appropriately and in a timely manner.
• The office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing.
• Apartments are clean and affordable. Great layout.
Quiet area, and any noise complaints are dealt with easily.
• Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Never had any problems with packages being stolen.
• Parking is easy and no nonsense. There are plenty of spaces for guest visits.
Cons-

• Sometimes the office will not stay open at the regularly scheduled business hours, and there is no notice when this happens. I've gotten there at 4:30 pm on days they are supposed to close at 5 pm and they are already closed.
