Love my new Apartment
January 30, 2026Recently moved in to Sunscapes and I love it! The location is great and close to everything. You can't beat the price for the location and the specials are too good to pass up. The staff is so friendly and has helped me so much and always has a smile on their face. Trust me, I have been a pain only because this is my first apartment. No Parking
December 23, 2025There is no parking!!! You will have to park by the pool, while many cars are park by the buildings with no parking stickers. Management does not enforce towing and does not provide the towing service number for tenants to call. The fire pit never works nor does the grill. There is dog poop all over the property! Management has no control and does not enforce any policies!!! Please please do not move to sunscapes apartments!! You will regret it!!!Review from Apartments.com
Run
September 15, 2024People constantly speeding. Parking in handicap in spots when their no supposed too. Even parking in the lines between the spots. Illegals rent an apartment and 10 live there and cause nothing but issues. Dogs running off leash and pooping all over the place. Housing office doesn’t do anything about any complaint. They literally just sit in the office. Nothing works. Grill broke 2 months and get the “ waiting for parts “ BS. Cigarette butts everywhere that everyone’s dogs constantly try to eat , ...garbage in the ponds and all over the property. Both dog parks are disgusting and damaged. Been waiting for my gift card promised 2 1/2 months ago. Save your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth the nightmare worthy headaches. Not good
August 17, 2024Nothing good for what you are paying for. The place is build cheap. They don't do crap for landscaping and lawn care. Grass gets cut every 2 weeks if you are lucky. The trash dumpsters always have trash all around it. Lots of drugs and prostitutes. You should only be paying half of what they are charging. They will not answer emails. There are no Amenities here. You can find a better place for what you pay here. We moved in and they told us it was gonna be one price and go here and it was almost ...$200 more.
