Pros:
This is a great home on a budget. There are no random fees to watch out for and the windows are hurricane grade so you do not have to put up shutters. The location is very central. Everything is within a 5 mile radius, there is a bus stop in front of the building, and the train is less than a quarter mile away. There is plenty of storage/closet space and the screened in back patio is practically an additional room. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Most importantly the property ...
manager Aaron is excellent. If you need anything Monday-Friday (he does not work weekends) he will respond AND fix the issue in minutes! Aaron's responsivieness and ability to work with me as I was moving from out-of-state is the main reason I moved in.
Cons:
The one bedroom apartments don't have central A/C (two bedroom do) and the space is definately just enough for 1 person. The kitchen is small and there is no microwave but if you are not that into cooking it's not a big loss. Lastly it can get very noisy since there are two hospitals and a police station next to the building.
**However, if you are just starting to live on your own, or are on a budget, this is the place for you**

Living at Sunset Club Apartments has been a great experience for my fiancée and I to have a nice, comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment with the convenience of laundry facility, good parking, huge balconies and a pool area with a huge lawn. Having the train station walking distance from my apartment makes our lives so much easier and saves us lots of money. My son can't get enough of that pool and late-afternoon football lessons with him is icing on the cake. I've had some of my best ...
