Living experience
October 11, 2019Apartment was great, modern and quite comfortable. Property manager and assistant property manager were great too. Anytime I needed assistance they replied quickly and fixed any problem that happen to occur. Family friendly. The pool was amazing, going to miss that! Shopping centers down the street. Overall a great community of apartments. Definitely would recommend someone to lease from Sunset Gardens.Property Manager Responded

Family friendly
October 10, 2019Sunset Gardens is a nice place to live if you have a family. The pool and the tennis court can be enjoyed almost all year round, an upgrade to the racquetball court would be nice since it is usually empty and it would be nice to have a bigger gym or something for the kids. The staff is courteous and welcoming and most neighbors are friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to emergencies and are very helpful throughout, the outside is always kept clean and orderly. The location is top notch too, ...very central location to schools, shopping centers and places to eat. Overall, it’s a nice place to call homeProperty Manager Responded

September 4, 2015Sunset Gardens is a nice place to live. The office staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Maintenance request are responded to in a reasonably timely manner. Two minor concerns: no type of reservation system to use the grill, therefore the same people always get to use the grill. Second minor concern is the 24 hour gym: though you can access the gym, you can not use the restroom until the the office opens and the pool is locked in the morning so you have to walk on the grass to get to the ...gym.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 4, 2015Living at Sunset Gardens is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonably timely manner. Main concern is the traffic exiting the complex and also on 72nd during peak hours. Another minor concern is the ventilation system. If you are a heavy cooker, the circulation can be a bit stifling. If you have children the schools are pretty good. Though it's a bit pricey, it's still a place you can call home.Review from Apartments.com
Nice but lacking
August 3, 2015The apartments are in a fantastic area but are lacking. The apartments are very small and overpriced. The environment is nice and the pool is very well kept. The gym is limited and equipment doesn't always work. It is loud especially living on the ground floor. The staff isn't very attentive to problems that occur and it takes awhile for things to be fixed, we have been living here since Dec. 2014 and still have things broken from when we moved in. There isn't enough parking for those who ...actually live here and they don't enforce rules that they have set for the pool area.
