It was nice living there
June 25, 2025The only complaint i got is that my door didn't have a peep hole to view when someone knocks which can be a security issue. When the front door broke off the hinges maintenance was fixing it within that week they had alot of events i should have partake in for the community but I would stay again and recommend itProperty Manager Responded

Lies!!!
August 13, 2024I lived here before and they show you a model unit like the pics but your actual unit is not the same..They need to be ashamed of themselves for falsifying these pics..Dirty hallways, noisy neighbors, cabinets were horrible couldn’t even put my dishes in them and the laundry facilities were all busted! They charge u late fees on rent put into the deposit box like why if that’s and option. Only thing I can speak on that was good was parking!Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2024its pretty cool here. Only issue i have is when they randomly shut off the water and it be off ALL DAY. Theyll turn it off at 8am and tell u its only off for 2-3 hours.. The water will be off till 4 or 5pm smh I had to call off work a couple times because i couldnt take my shower for work cuz they shut my water off on a random wednesday smh but other than that, its cool hereProperty Manager Responded

January 16, 2024It's okay if you don't have great credit. A lot of people that live in community are careless and leave garbage all over. The people in the office try to be helpful but I don't think the people above them communicate very well. As I type this I have absolutely no running water for the first time this year but I'm sure it won't be the last. They shut it off at least every other month and it seems like they're never done working on the pipes.Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2024I submitted my move in condition form when I first moved in 11/3/23 and the issues listed have yet to be fixed. I didn’t have a stove that worked properly until thanksgiving day. I’m missing outlet covers in my living room as well as one of the bedrooms which is a safety hazard. The drawers in my kitchen are off track. The sinks in the bathroom don’t drain properly. One of the toilets constantly draining because the handle is broken. I have to put my thermostat on 90 just for my house to reach 70 ...degrees smh. All of these issues and maintenance/the office refuses to address any of them. Yet if I’m late 1 day on rent there’s a notice on my door. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone as of right now. Do better!Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2023It has been a nice experience being in this apartment complex right now but there are a few problems with the living arrangement. The general lack of care and response time has been concerning with issues and repairs take a long time to be resolved as well.
