        We've lived here for 12 years, rent has gone from $405 (2003) a month to $1226 (2015)...it's okay. I like the fact that I have washer dryer hook ups and 2 bathrooms. Maintenance is okay it takes a while to get things fixed. And I guess that's all I have to say. Thanks, Michele Hamilton
