On December 24, 2025, I'll have lived here two full years. I'm very happy at Sunset Ridge. A lot of the reviews here are negative and several years old, and maybe I've been lucky, but I've yet to experience any of the complaints I'm seeing. The complex as a whole is really big. So I can't speak for its entirety, only the building I am in. But from my experience, it's very calm here. I don't hear my neighbors at all, the walls have good insolation. outside, children are always loud. The area has felt pretty safe. There have been a couple nights where I've fallen asleep and woke up to find I had forgotten to lock the front door. I haven't had to deal with management much at all, but what I've experienced has been kind and professional. Regardless of what I say though, your experience here may be different than mine entirely, whether good or bad. You gotta take these reviews with a grain of salt. Remember people are more inclined to give a review when they are unhappy, than when they are content. No words on a screen are gonna foretell how much you'll enjoy or hate a living space.
