September 5, 2018If you live here have the police on speed dial. Management tells you to call the police on loud neighbors but don't do anything to quiet them.I get waken up all through the night from fights and loud banging. All this while I have to get up to go to work. You'll get no sleep and on top pay high rent. Also beware they charge a random $$$$ amount on water bill and trash. Yes, they bill you extra for water and trash. Parking is horrible. Random people park in my assigned spot. I call the tow company ...but they are not 24 hours. So you'll be stuck with no parking after a long days of work. Please find somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

We are aware of the noises resident can experience and encourage the resident to report this to the leasing office immediately. If the noise happens during after hours, we ask the resident to call the police since leasing staff are not at the office to handle the issue. We do ask the resident to report it to the leasing office the next day, so we can help handle the situation and/or serve notices for the noise. Sunset square apartments
August 27, 2015I love how big the apartments are inside the bedrooms are huge compared to most apartments but where the apartments are located and surroundings of the apartment are ugly and make them not worth the money. The cops are always coming to these apartments there has also been shootings. the new owners are remodeling the apartments so they are looking much better but the colors are ugly.Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015It's so hard to find an apartment that accepts pets (especially dogs!). This place, Sunset Square, even have a place for your pets. It's a mini dog park but it's ok. And this place is closer to the real dog park. Just minutes away!! Recomended for renters that have pets..Review from Apartments.com
