    After searching for housing for a month, Sunset Terrace was able to get us in immediately. All of the staff are extremely nice & helpful. They even went above & beyond to help us find essentials since we moved from the mainland with only our clothes. The community is beautiful with mountains on one side & a beach right across the street. Shops to meet your every need are within walking distance. Not only do they keep the grounds, pool and Jacuzzi in top shape but the surroundings give you the options to create a paradise lifestyle. The location itself has some of the best take out ...(healthy choices)...a great beach park with tide pools...(the sunsets are incredible)...and all within walking distance . The management is on duty 6 days a week with security 24-7. Plus the place is "pet friendly"...Yes. Pets are a big ...
