January 24, 2020I lived here for a year. Management is lazy and self centered. Maintenance is lazy and sloppy. The laminent on the floors come up from poor installation and they expect the tenant to replace it. We move furniture and it tears the floor apart. Cheap quality. We moved in with no bed bug problems all out furniture was new when we moved in and months later they show up and we are supposed to pay for it? I don’t think so we are very clean people I have OCD everything is clean. This apartment complex ...is not understanding not helpful I have asked for help and nothing gets done I’ve reported people peeing in the pool. Jumping over the gate making loud noises partying all night. Nothing gets done. The management tend to point blame at the tenant and don’t take responsibility at all. DONT move here!
April 26, 2017When i first moved in everything seemed prefect. Decent price. Well that all changed because now our building is infested with roaches, they were not here when i moved in but as it became hotter they started to come out. I cleaned and cleaned but there was no gettimg rid of them. So the apartments pest control guy came out and it didnt make a difference, the roaches were already use to the spray they have been using and the pest control guy was rude to my neighbors and I. My neighbor had the ...apartments pest control guy come out 3 weeks straight and there was no change. And when you go to complain about the roaches and about the spray that didnt work, the manager gives you attitude. She give everyone attitude and shes disrespectful at times. Not only to me but my neighbors as well. And on top of that another building was infested with bed bugs. first time renting, i cannot wait!
November 25, 2015very scared to go on my own. but i'm glad i came here. they broke it down to me very detailed and step by step, making me confident in choosing sunset terrace as my first home!!!! its very convenient to stores/places that you may need on a day to day basis. around the corner too. i have no car and I have no problem walking a 10 minute walk to majority of the stores. everybody was so nice and welcoming around the property when i was in tour and walking by myself after the tour. (i wanted to see ...the activity inside the apartments during the day) i suggest you drive around night time too. very quit, a lot of lighting and I seen a security man walking the property. as a girl and it being my first time, i'm glad i'm choosing this place and i can't wait to decorate my place up!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015This is the first time I'm living on my own and I'm really glad I chose Sunset Terrace. For a one bed, the apartment is quite nice and spacious. the floors are nice and easy to clean and the AC is great! I really look forward to coming home after work. My only complaint is the bugs. Lovely townhouse
August 9, 2015i have been living here for a couple of years and I have enjoyed my stay, I have upstairs and downstairs 1.5 baths two bedroom .. Very spacious and the staff and management here at sunset Terrence apt. Is really professional and courteous. The swimming pool area is really relaxing as well as the park is very suitable for children.. We have security that patrols and wLks the property all the time not for crime however to insure the safety of the tenants .. School ( E.S., MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS). ...Isn't far and is with in walking distance .. There's a rec. center three blocks with swimming park and an additional park behind the re. October 17, 2013I moved out here from the state of California. I moved here without taking a look as I had to had a place when I landed in Nevada. The staff in the office was very friend and even took fresh pictures for me to see that apartment I was taking. I moved into a 1 bedroom and I must say they are trully beautiful and remodel. Gotta love the Vinyl and the quiteness on this property Maintance is always on time and I have never had a problem with them. June 11, 2014I visited the property and liked the fact it was well kept, staff was friendly and helpful over phone and it is economically realistic for a single person such as myself enabling me to save to buy a house in the future. The neighborhood is what you make of it. I feel contributing goodness to a neighborhood improves it.
