Black mold EVERYWHERE! They will not fix the issue at hand, but blame you. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years suffering unknowingly and they just cover it with paint instead of fixing it even though they had a previous tenant go through this!

Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented community. I hated to leave for a job transfer after residing here for 5 years. Neighbors are very friendly and lookout for one another. It could use some modern updates but all in all its a great place to live. I would move back here if I ever move back to NC.

I have lived here going on two years now and love this community I call home!! Amy in the office is fabulous!! She is friendly, keeps the complex up to date and looking nice. She has always been able to address my needs and concerns, phone calls returned in a promptly fashion, and is very knowledgeable about the property. Maintenance has always been able to address my needs in a timely manner!! This is a nice, quiet, and quaint little place for reasonable price!! I would absolutely recommend!!

I live here, it’s been a great experience so far. I’ve been living here for over 10 years. It’s a great and safe community for any type of family. The manager in the office, is a very nice lady. She’s an understanding person who’s always up to date with our needs.The maintenance group has always fixed any problem that I have had. They’ve also came whenever I’ve had an emergency.

The land lady doesn't answer the phone. Shes never in her office. I think I faced her twice in my 3 months living there. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes and it leaked, horribly. The over/stove had a short. The dryer connect was bad. All of these issues was reported to "maintenance" with no call back and no one ever knocking to check it out. I received THREE demand for rent notices, I was there for three months, when the rent wasn't due for another week. One month, I got a threat for ...
eviction because the rent was due in two days. It is my right as a tenant to pay rent on it's due date and there's nothing you can do about it because it's NOT late. All around a terrible experience and I would NOT suggest moving here unless you wanna overpay for broken stuff. Honestly not worth the hit my credit took.
