Rude management
August 6, 2019Management is very rude and unprofessional. She picks and chooses who must comply with the rules and who gets treated as an exception. She never answers the office phone. Maintenance comes into apartments without prior notice even if residents are not ready or need privacy. If your deadbolt is locked when they come for any reason and can’t get in you get a lease violation even if you are otherwise occupied. The manager is not understanding at all of any situation. When asked for the owner of the ...complex to file a complaint on her behavior and unprofessionalism she refused to give the information claiming that she owned the complex.
