Don’t Bother
July 4, 2025Today, I had a tour scheduled with Amanda at Sunshine Portland at 1:00pm. Upon my arrival, I received a text message from Amanda saying that she was unavailable for the tour. I am a resident in Vancouver Washington and drove from Vancouver to Portland to tour this property, only to be canceled via text. It took me 1 hour to drive from Vancouver to SE Portland to tour this property, and then to have it canceled via text message? I am very angry and upset with this property. They didn’t even have ...the courtesy to call me to let me know about the cancellation. I tried to call several phone numbers but no one responded. I even tried the leasing office, but the door was locked and the half hanging drapes were even closed. My best friend even met me there to tour the property, so she was upset as well. If this is how they treat new prospective tenants, then don’t bother wasting your time here. This is Management at its worst and the apartments are seedy looking as well.Property Manager Responded
