too noisy!
December 25, 2016I can hear the traffic from scholls ferry non stop. I have used a fan to drain out the sound of it, which has helped, but then my upstairs neighbors start walking around at 5 am and it wakes me up. If you want sleep, get a 3rd level unit and one facing the school, but dont try to sleep during the school day or during games because it can get loud over there too.Review from Apartments.com
Good price for a nice two bedroom in Beaverton
August 15, 2015Sunstone Parc apartments are conveniently located in Beaverton and provide good amenities for a decent price. Pet friendly with deposit, and maintenance/management are quick to respond to any issues. Some units include upgrades such as stainless steel appliances and fireplaces. My only complaints are that the pool is too small and there aren't enough dumpsters on site.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015Great place to live! I've been renting here for 7 years and have no complaints. Attentive management, well kept property, super fast maintenance staff, friendly neighbors and a great location. Whole Foods, Rite-Aid, fast food and Starbucks are all right across the street and Rt.217 and Washington Square Mall are just 5 minutes away! Gym equipment and pool are clean and well maintained. August 11, 2015these apt. are well taken care of, the only issue is that every time the lease is up they raise the rent ,this time it went up $200.00 per month, it has a nice pool and hot tub, all the people i have met here have been very nice , very little police activity.Review from Apartments.com
