March 10, 2026I have been at Suntree now for a little over a year. I have truly found this to be a very good value, and I am glad that I chose to move here. The staff is super Pleasant to work with and the maintenance staff is very attentive I like my neighbors and the community is quite clean as well plenty of parking so I give them a very good review I am glad to be here! Do not rent here
July 4, 2024We lived there for 2 years and it was horrible. They advertised remodeled units which are mold infested units painted to please. They throw new appliances in the mix to make you feel like it's newer then bugs start coming out. Mike maintenances incompetent leader. Kathy is racist and makes it well known. November 3, 2022Tried going in for a tour that a "third party" service that apparently has no idea what it is doing. Arrived on time for my "scheduled tour" only to be met with what seems like the property manager saying my tour doesn't exist and they can't show me anything. Came off cold and unprofessional. Not a good first impression whatsoever. However, afterwards I was approached by a man who was able to give me adequate information about the property, but still no tour.Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2022I hate to give a review like this but I have to. Every time I go up to the complex I am met with no knowledge of my scheduled appointment, and being told there is no availability when the app and their “scheduling 3rd party” company says there is. Can't wait to move
April 2, 2022Was shown a nice model apartment then given one with no dishwasher, drawers with broken tracks, old stained white appliances and brown carpet instead of the wood floors. Constant plumbing problems, kitchen has flooded several times and always takes at least a week to get it fixed. Then I have loud people hanging out in the hallway outside my door and the people upstairs are constantly stomping and jumping to the point that my ceiling bounces, pictures fall off the wall and my cabinets open by ...themselves. Little drive for improvement from management
April 13, 2020This apartment meets the minimum of comfortability. The breezeways are often very dirty, trash around the community is half heartedly maintained, and if you have horrible neighbors don’t expect much to be done about them. There is no central HVAC, you have 1 window unit and weird wall coil heaters. Also, make sure your apartment is spotless or you will have a roach problem. I wouldn’t say these apartments are the worst but keep your expectations low and you’ll be fine for a year or two.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible Place to live
February 22, 2016I have lived in this complex for close to two years and can't wait to move out of here. The property management is horrible. They are slow to respond and don't really care about your issues. They never answer the phone or check their messages, and you can hardly find them in the office. They don't even provide you with a rent statement in a timely manner. The type of renters the complex attracts are trashy, drug users, and those who like to fight and cause drama.
